beginner

You’re new to Pilates or have only practiced a few sessions.
· Ideal if this is your first time on a Reformer.
· You’ll learn the basics: breathing, posture, and alignment.
· The pace is gentle and the instructions are detailed.
· Goal: Understand the foundations and build a solid practice.

· You are returning after a break or injury

Intermediate

You already have a good grasp of the fundamentals and practice regularly.
· You practice approximately 2 to 3 times per week.
· You are comfortable with coordination, transitions, and breathing.
· The sequences are more fluid and challenging.
· We introduce new variations and accessories.

The Course of a Session

Each Reformer Pilates class at Cloud Pilates follows a carefully designed progression to maximize your results.
The session begins with a Pilates centering and breathing exercise to best prepare you for the rest of the workout.
You’ll then perform a warm-up based primarily on footwork movements, as well as specific movements based on the focus of the session.
The main part will allow you to work your entire body through a series of specific Pilates movements guided by our expert instructors.
